SD import tool

Getting personas from wherever they live — a spreadsheet, a word doc, a research repository — into Figma in a usable format is surprisingly painful. The manual version takes half a day and produces something that’s immediately out of date.

This is a small utility to automate the import: read a structured source, produce Figma-ready persona frames. It exists because I needed it, and I suspect other service designers have the same problem.

Currently in development. The goal is something you can run from the command line or trigger from a simple UI, with no Figma plugin overhead.
