I'm always open to a conversation
I try to read every message. If you don't hear back from me in a week, just give me a nudge. A short note is enough; the shape of the problem is more useful than the shape of the request.
- Advisory or fractional engagements in CX or AI adoption
- Design capability work in regulated sectors
- Speaking invitations and podcast conversations
- Peer collaborations and partnerships
- Press and editorial enquiries

Note received.
I read every message, and replies come from me, not a system. You'll hear back within a week.

Thanks for the note.
I've got it. Most replies go out within a week, sometimes the same day, sometimes longer if it needs proper thought. If a week passes and you haven't heard back, send a nudge.
Most engagements I take on settle into one of three. Skim before you write. It usually sharpens the first email.
-
01 Contract project A defined piece of work.
A scoped project with a clear output. Most often a design capability diagnostic, an AI-adoption programme, or service architecture in a regulated sector. Six weeks to six months, depending on the question.
-
02 Advisory retainer A standing thinking partner.
For design and product leadership who want a senior outside voice on a regular cadence. Two to three days a month, rolling, useful when the questions are persistent and the answers benefit from being thought about between meetings.
-
03 Fractional role A named position inside the team.
Director or Head-of, two to three days a week, typically three to twelve months. Useful when the work is real, the role exists, and the right full-time hire is six months away. Currently fractional Head of Knowledge and Future Skills at Wormhole.
